About a month ago, I went in and ordered me a blizzard. It was very watery. I asked for a refund and they told me no because they did not do anything wrong. When I asked for the manager they said they did not need have one. Horrible service. 0/10 do not recommend.

Prices vary depending on who is ringing you up. One girl who looks, or at least likes to act like, a manager with long brown hair and sunken in eyes refuses to acknowledge any discounts or promotions and is very unknowledgable on the companies policies and prices, while any other employee gets it right, down to the fine text. Management needs to do something about the quality of their staff as it is one of the major issues leading to their lack of business.We're disappointed to hear you did not have a great experience with our team, Ivan.
