Yes they have caused damage. They are a liability. Even if you point it out immmediately it will not help, as they will deny the damages and ask you to prove they were there prior.

Unfortunately their car wash brushes scratch the paint of the car they need to do something about that. They offer unlimited car wash but the damaged is to expensive to pay.

If you own your car and care about it: Buy a bundle of microfiber rags and a waterless wash&wax product- using them will be faster and easier than you expect, and then you'll actually then know what dings and scratches your car has. If you use car wash machines, you're likely going to sell or return your car anyways before all the paint comes off in the machines, so they do have their place.

Discontinue using the facility and write a formal complaint. We can only offer you support due to us being customers as well or maybe you can get unsatisfied customers together and file a class action lawsuit.
