This is my usual go to spot for a quick and easy oil change. The staff is always very courteous and professional. They take the time to show you what and why they recommend replacing something. Was helped by Vee Souriyaski today and it was a pleasant experience as always. Highly recommended.

I was just there... Excellent crew! The BIGGGGGG with this places now in day is that they're not disable person friendly... Me as a disable person can not be doing the inside cleaning I wouldn't mind paying little extra in order to have this 'extra' service done! Be for my accident I used to enjoy cleaning my cars... Not no longer can be done this old body of mine has given up on me! It's embarrassed to have to drive away with a dirty vehicle with your head down! 🙇🏻♂️

I never use this facility we just drove by it on numerous occasions and I give it five stars because the place was jam-packed every time we went by whether it was early in the morning or late at night before closing, there were people running around taking care of car service unlike anything I've ever seen. I swear they had over 20 individual vacuum cleaning stations after you washed your car and every car in every bay looks spotless and shiny like it was showroom quality. I have never been so impressed by a car wash facility in all my life and on top of that they'll change your oil as well. Somebody bring a soapy Joe's to Oregon specifically the Portland area. What a wonderful concept I have got to try it the next time I am in the San Diego area.

Stop being cheap and provide a pre-spray rinse and wipes for dashboard and steering wheel. The dryers need to be stronger and sometimes other customers are ignorant and take their sweet time drying and vacuuming. Could be better. I got the 35 monthly one but it's really not worth it. If it was 30 a month, maybe. One other thing, the National City location, the little shop, they don't allow you to use the restroom.

I just did a vacuum and for 1.00 you sure don't get a lot of time.
If you have any type of pollen on your vehicle, you can bet it will still be on after you come out of the wash. Towels don't get replaced often enough. I feel the need a pre-scrub person before entering the wash.

You have to go to soapyjoescarwash.com/cancel you need your fast pass # and the last 4 of the debit or credit card you have on file if you have any issues just try it again.
I lost my car magnets in the cycle time, they stopped the machine and looked for them.They couldn't find them and told me they would look more after machine is closed.They did find them and I picked them up.Of course they were damaged from getting beat up. At another location I sucked up a diamond braclet in the vacuum. They let me come at closing and they found it! Keep calm and cool and they will work with you!
