Of course. Bringing a tent would be advisable though, then the fuzz will for sure leave you alone.

Yes! There are usually quite a few hammockers set up near the volleyball court/bathhouse. I've set up there and closer to the beach a few times without any problems.
Yes. Lots if hammocks in the small wooded area on the beach. Slack lines too.
I don't see why not as long as you take it down. There is endless space in this park.
