Off leash park is a short walk up the hill from the entrance to the park. Start by walking under the short railroad bridge and up the switch back road about 1/4 mile. There is a paved parking lot at the offleash park.
Dogs are not supposeed to be on the beaches, let alone off leash on this one....there are many off leash places in the area, go to one of those
