We follow all MKE safety plan procedures very seriously. We implemented this plan back in June to be able to open for socially distanced dining. We removed 2/3rds of the seating. Spacing between tables with glass window partitions allows for comfortable areas. New HVAC system with special air filtration was installed as well. All staff is tested regularly for COVID. Temperature logs are kept for all employees on every shift. Anyone refusing to wear a mask is logged for contact tracing efforts. Masks are required prior to entering and while moving about the restaurant. Sanitizer is available to all guests and staff. One use and sanitized menus are utilized. All tables are stopped of linen and sanitized after each use. We do not allow large parties to seat at multiple tables. The bar is partitioned as well for parties of one or two. Gloves and hand washing by the staff is done at all times. We use a no touch curbside system for pickup orders to limit contact. Safety is everything!
