I have lived in four states since leaving Milwaukee in 1986 but every time I visit, I have to make my way to Jake's. It's the best corn beef I've ever eaten anywhere, including NY. Unlike most places Jakes corn beef is moist, tender and full of flavor. I wish I could order it online and have it shipped to me.

Nice spot to stop and grab afew sandwiches from as they have 1 of the TOP Pastrami and Corned Beef selection in the State. Haven't been in since I heard new owners bought it but hopefully they haven't raised the price too much as it was borderline expensive before the pandemic started. Other than that quality meat, great staff, service and I will definitely be stopping there again, prob this summer

I treated my father and he said "the sandwiches are not like how they used to be" I really enjoyed my burnt ends Sandwich. Corn beef not so much. But it was good.

Just went to Jake's and it's not the same Jakes that I'm used to. I paid $18 for pastrami sandwich and they cook the seasoning out the meat. The meat has no flavor. Pastrami is a highly flavored meat so it definitely was not a great …
