Can you text the customers that pay a monthly membership when you close early so we can go somewhere else and issue a refund. This has happened 4 times recently.

Why is the car wash closed ???? I want to wash my car and it’s been closed for 3 days that I know of ? I’m paying a service that I am not receiving.
Anyone know how I cancel my monthly membership? It's nice out again and I dont need their services...plus it scratches the hell out of your vehicle.

My husband and I both buy the monthly pass and there the last 2 times I tried to get my car washed they were closed. It was during the hours of operation. There were 2 other times in addition to this. Are you closed permanently?
