Doing food the right way! Fresh, real ingredients. Confident my food isn't coming out of a frozen bag in the bag. And everything tastes so good! It's SO refreshing finding restaurants where they obviously care about the quality of their food. A side of fruit is a literal medley of fresh fruit instead of a small, abysmal cup of grapes or something. Super impressed! Bonus points for having a Mediterranean diet friendly menu item... And wow that omlette was amazing. Keep up the great work!

Had the pleasure of visiting max rooster while we were in town. We got there early so we were able to avoid the crowds and overall were happy with our selections. The food is a mix of American classics and Texmex so lots of variety to choose from. The chilaquiles were probably our favorite selection and had a nice flavor combination. Definitely worth checking out if you are in the area or craving something new.

Visited for the first time will definitely be back! Checked in via Yelp before we left home as there was quite a long wait. When we arrived we checked in with the hostess and only had to wait a few minutes to get seated at our table. Menu was huge and offered many options for any taste. Waitress was very sweet and our food was delicious and we did t have to wait long for it at all even though they were extremely busy. Can’t wait to visit again to try more of what they have to offer!

I didn't have eggs Benedict. There were seven of us and everyone enjoyed there meal. Eggs Benedict can be tricky. As far as I know it's the same chef. Hope it goes better next time
Do not, they hardly have outside parking. They get very busy but well worth it. Use Yelp to check in.

Also, thoroughly desinfecten tables/booths before guest arrive and when the leave too; hand sanitizers all around the restaurant; open at 50% capacity; patrons are required to wear a face mask when going to the bathrooms or when they leave the restaurant; when there's a wait, guests are asked to wait outside while they wait for an open table/booth.

Hello Jessica, Yes we do server Bloody Mary's! Typically we have a seasonal bloody and our signature one. The seasonal is a bacon + habanero infused Smirnoff Vodka mixed with our traditional Mary mix and garnished with a stuffed blue cheese olive, bacon deviled egg, celery, dill pickle, lime + a lemon wedge.

They have gluten free pancake options but not gluten free toast.
Hair in food isn't pleasant, but it happens. They paid for your food, and that is enough. Don't get greedy.
