I’m a long time lover of Panera, but this location does nothing but disappoint every time. In the past few times I’ve ordered from them I have: 1. Gotten food poisoning 2. Had moldy lettuce in my salad 3. Had the entire butt of the lettuce in my salad 4. Took over two hours for delivery. They do nothing but disappoint. If you love Panera, save your money and drive to the next location, because this one isn’t worth it.

Went to Panera today with a 15 dollar gift card . Ryan was so awesome! First I ordered Mac and cheese then I change to a bag of scones and bread to take home . That was already 15 dollars. Ryan included my Mac and cheese and a small coffee. He was so kind !! Thank you very much Ryan ! Keep up the good work!!!

Delivery has gone downhill since they got rid of their own delivery team and partnered with third party services. We got no utensils and no napkins with our order. Have also gone in for pickup another time recently and saw no staff up front at all.

It is a great store. Everyone is really nice and always there with a smile for you! They made my day on Wednesday when I came in for breakfast, incredibly sweet and genuine people. They actually remembered my name and greeted me when I came through the door! Best staff and customer service I have ever encountered
