Rhythm is a great place to rent, the staff is great and friendly helpful when your need. Militance is on top of things as soon as you put a work order his there. not to mentions is walking distance to stores and restaurants. I just wish residents will see this place like home and take care of the property like their own.

I’ve been working with Rhythm for over 3 years now. What a top notch staff! From the property manger, assistant manager, leasing agents, and the maintenance staff everyone is truly fantastic. They care about property but most of all the residents, and it shows through the dedicated staff that goes above and beyond for them. Love stopping at this property!

I was recently invited to do a pop up in the community area at Rhythm. The staff was kind and helpful, as were the residents I interacted with. It seems like a nice community in a great Milwaukee location. The areas of the building I saw were well maintained and filled with various amenities. Lots of cute dogs in the building too :)

This is the first apartment my spouse and I have had together, and we love the location (close enough to catch lots of different bus routes/walk to restaurants) and amenities (washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, free coffee, murphy bed). We also feel safe here as trans people. The staff is easy to contact and has been very respectful. We were worried about the heating, but we (and our cat) love the warm floors and are very comfortable. So far, we have only heard neighbors during sports games/traffic from Water Street. If you have more questions, feel free to use Rentgrata. We were able to get a small reward for using it before we signed our lease.
