I am so thrilled with my apartment in the Urbanite and the building and the staff! I have had no issues but do check in from time to time with Alex and Samantha, and they would do anything in their power for any resident. They go above and beyond what is needed. The views are spectacular. I am writing this in the common room which is lovely. I also love that the building is pet friendly. The interactions I have had with pets and their owners have been so positive. All the residents I have met are helpful and friendly. I looked at many different places but knew this was the place for me when I stepped in the lobby.

My wife and I have lived at Urbanite for 2 years now and we can't say enough great things about it! Location is perfect with the lake only a 2 minute walk, awesome Brady St full of bars and night life at only 5 mins walking and late night grub just downstairs from the building. The staff here has been super responsive to everything a resident needs and the neighbors are all respectful of each other with noise. There's also events going on in the community that help spark new relationships with your neighbors and make it super easy to meet new friends. If you're new to Milwaukee this is the best place to be, if you're from Milwaukee this is still the best place to be.

I lived in a junior one-bed at Urbanite from 2019 to late 2020. Not only did I have breathtaking views of the lake, but the interior finishes were the big decision maker for me. There’s a perfect combination of modern touches like the gorgeous light fixtures and backsplash and industrial feel with the cement ceilings. Being new to Milwaukee at the time, Urbanite was the best decision to help get settled into a new city. The management team was always super helpful and communicative, which was much needed as we went into the pandemic in early 2020. I even loved it so much I now work for New Land Enterprises! I’m at a different building, but my experience as a resident at Urbanite was a part of my decision to change careers. I definitely recommend Urbanite to anyone looking for a luxury apartment on the East Side!

Great apartments. I’m a pretty lowkey resident, but Urbanite does well in the basic things I look for - Clean building, easy temperature control, sound doesn’t travel between walls, no bugs, gym w/ a squat rack. Plus management is proactive with communication, friendly, maintenance responds quickly. No complaints ✌🏼

Utilities are paid separately. Water, sewer, and trash are packaged at $25 per month per apartment. Electricity is paid by the residents directly to WE Energies.
You can hold an apartment up to 90 days from its availability date. Pricing will increase beginning 7 days after the availability date.
A guarantor is a non-occupant who assumes financial responsibility, in addition to all other occupying lease holders, for the apartment home.
All lease lengths 6-24 months
