I really love it here. Ive been here almost 3 years and I feel safe for the most part coming home (considering the downtown area). Its clean, my neighbors are barley noticeable, its the perfect spot to hang out near downtown with family and friends, great small workout room, and maintenance man is awesome. I wish rates weren't so expensive though!!

This place really nice and clean . I believe it is too expensive rent monthly. I don't know how much for the rent monthly.Thank you Ruby! Give us a call and we would be happy to talk with you about rental rates and all that Beerline B has to offer.

What happened to the changing colors of lights on the roof. Been all red too long! Someone leave who changed them? It is fun to see the different colors every night different or at least change a bit! A concerned neighbor on Brewers Hill

Beerline B does have apartments under the Section 42-Low Income Housing Tax Credit Program. Those who apply for and live in Section 42 apartments must be income and program eligible. Under the program, there is a limit as to what can be charged for rents as well as what a household can earn in order to qualify for the affordable rents. As long as your household income does not exceed the limit set under the program, you could qualify for the affordable rent. We also offer apartments that do not fall under this program. Please give us a call and we'd be happy to talk with you further.

Are they assumed to be racist because ive experienced that when asking about places. An then they will give a list of nothing. To keep blacks out.
