I usually don't complain easily. This place is trash. They will take forever, mess up orders and tell you they can't get you new food only store credit. Its been several years this pizza hut has been a clown show for a while.

My pizza never arrived. I I'm a regular customer and was very disappointed. When I called to ask about the pizza they said it was on the way which was an hour and a half later. Now 3 hours later still no pizza... What a joke!!!

Ordered pizza and it never came so I called they said it would be here soon and it never came. Very dissatisfied and it’s very unlikely I will order again from this place. I do not know if it was the drivers fault or the managers fault but I am very unhappy please check with your staff so this does not happen with other people

I waited 45 minutes standing inside for an order that i put in online for pick up for a a pizza and pasta. Not only did they not give me the wrong pasta but they put cheesy bread and pasta inside a pizza box with NO PIZZA IN IT AT ALL. I called back to inform them of what happened and I got the reply of “okay bye”. They didn’t even care. I do not recommend this place.
