I had a very bad experience with a young lady at this location when I came for pickup. She was mean, and didn’t appear as if she wanted to be there. Whatever she was going through, she took that out on me. Then when I gave her $40 for a $26 transaction, she gave me back $6 back. Another young lady had to come to the front when I demanded my receipt cause she clearly knew I was getting upset. Plus in my order I got myself a chicken Alfredo bowl and they put four of the smallest pieces of chicken in it. Sometimes you have to drive to places outside of your community for great service and food.

I thought I was preparing well in advance for an order for my office by ordering it 2 days ahead of time. When I went to check on the order tracker, it said It didn't work for orders placed before today. Because it was such a larger order, and needed to be here at a certain time, I tried calling. I held on the phone for 18 minutes and nobody picked up. Somebody needs to answer phones at this place. This is crazy! Sure hope my order arrives on time because there is nobody to call if it doesn't and from what I read about other experiences here, no recourse when it doesn't happen. Keeping fingers crossed. Will change the rating if it comes when I need it. It came on time and the pizza was hot and delivery guy polite. Still frustrated with the communcation systems when calling, but need to trust things will happen.

After wait on the phone for 10 mins I was hung up on. 2nd attempt 5 mins wait and the phone was answered and I was hung up on. 3 times I was hung up on. Service is horrific.... They charged me for $30 plus tip order won't deliver won't answer calls and have not given a refund. I originally placed order on app

Worst experience ever. Ordered online, tracker said ready. Go for pick up, order was not ready, then the order was incorrect, asked them to fix it, waited longer, then ofcourse the pan pizza was undercooked, at this point we asked for a refund & a manager, but the manager had no management skill....we understand you are busy & backed up but we've waited 45 minutes for an online order.... above all the employees were rude!!!! We spent all that time waiting & not one apology for their mistake.

That wouldn't be given,call national customer service and voice your problem, they'll get in touch with the franchisee you're referencing.
Call u charge card company they check for fraud and help u more than the manager

I always order online. I can then save my order for quick ordering and I get the tracker so I can see when it will arrive.
