A lot of times, your water sprayers that spray down alongside the car don't be working, and the one above that pours down the foam comes out in a minimal amount as if it's been turned way down, and my car doesn't get clean!.

Employees there are really friendly. Quick clean wash and free vacuums. Membership is very handy and needed because of the birds. About two weeks ago I use the carwash and my car was damaged. A damage report was completed and I was told that the manager will reach out to me with a resolutiIon. I've left several messages,but radio silence. If this is the type of treatment that a customer receives after their car is damaged, I'll take my business elsewhere. CUSTOMER BEWARE!!!!!

I came here every day for a car wash by 4:00 pm with Toyota Rav4 BLUE COLOR!!! all looks perfect 👌anywhere, I'm enjoyed here! My first time visiting the location. I was impressed with setup and some of the vacuum was not working, so I had to move the car to other side to complete the vacuum cleaner. But overall awesome location.

3 times in past 7 days. It's all the time, only at Miller Park location. I just went there at 730 am and not open.
Yes, just dont go to the one on Hwy 100 and Layton . They messed my stuff up and almost got charged 3x the amount. Go to the one on 43rd and Lincoln. Better car washes there too .
Where you able to get ahold of a number to issue refunds or from a location management? Went to mpw location and making me go back and forth, still no 3 months worth refund.
I have seen them open year round.
They need to put up a sign....A public notice...to inform their CUSTOMERS !

They don't have brushes but they aren't touchless. They're still a regular car wash with the machines that slide over your car, but it's a lot more efficient and definitely worth the money. Plus you can vacuum the inside of your car for free.

In state, yes. I went to Texas and they made it seem like they didnt know nothing about a membership or customer service. I was told they are going to let me get my wash this 1 time and I didnt get the works I pay for. I got just the regular car wash....
You have to speak with the manager and they have a insurance policy in place for certain situations. Hope this helps.
