They don't have brushes but they aren't touchless. They're still a regular car wash with the machines that slide over your car, but it's a lot more efficient and definitely worth the money. Plus you can vacuum the inside of your car for free.
It is not brushless. It cleans way better then brushless and it waxes really nice.
Ditto what everyone else said about the brushes. We've always done touchless before but this is the first car wash that we've experienced that does a great job and is very delicate even though they use brushes. Well worth it!
