Can we sell or donate our fish that outgrow our tanks? Are discounts involved in that?

Yeah they buy fish on certain days of the week for a third of retail price. There's more info on their Facebook page: Livestock Trade-ins 1/3 Retail Price as Store Credit ONLY · Monday - Friday ONLY for 1/3 the retail price as store credit. Store credit only, NO CASH. Please call first to assure we have space for your fish. NO credit given on weekends. Drop-off for NO credit available any day with permission from manager (please call first).

As others have said, they buy on certain days. Right now no trade ins are being done, so they aren't buying. If you have fish that are outgrowing your tank(s), you're getting out of the hobby, or are otherwise looking to get rid of your fish, most fish stores will take surrenders, but won't pay for them. The best advice anyone can give is to and fish that will outgrow tanks, called tankbusters, and only get fish whose adult size will be suitable for your tank(s).
