Jeremy and Carter helped me out today and they really did deserve a 5 star rating! My son’s iPhone 11 screen was cracked and they fixed it in an hour even on a busy. Very polite as well, I would highly recommend!

The front desk guys were great, the phone seems all fixed (cracked glass.). There was, however, a BIG discrepancy between the quoted price on the phone and the price quoted after fixed. Like $120 difference. Thankfully they honored the quotes price on the phone, though not the $15 discount. I was ok with that.

In under 90 minutes my phone went from useless to fully functional. I dropped my phone (pixel 5a) in just the wrong way late in the morning, it became a black slate that would occasionally flicker. I brought it in at 2 pm, they diagnosed it in under 5 minutes, gave me a quote, and told me that it would be ready in 60 to 90 minutes. When I came back at 4 I walked out a few minutes later with a working device. Throughout it all the person at the front desk was both knowledgeable and very nice.

Twice now I've scheduled repairs here and have been misled. The first, the phone screen straight up lied to me and said I could keep my broken equipment I had repaired. So Google gets to keep and fix my equipment, make >$200 off of me, and resell the refurbished equipment for another $200+ (uBreakiFix and I are both technically out here, but at least uBreakiFix could warn me instead of straight up lying). I ended up getting the repair then their techs forgot to take a film off the front facing camera, so there's another trip back. What did they give me for my trouble? A measly $10. Wow, thanks! /s Then, when I wanted a simple solder job, they again lure me into the store only to find out that the location isn't equipped to deal with the request I had clearly explained over the phone. I don't care if I'm talking to a regular joe employee, management, or corporate; this service is unacceptable. Don't shift the blame. Take the criticism and do something about it. I'll be finding another place for my repairs in the future, and I suggest others do the same.

No. As a company, they've been able to expand by limiting the selection of products they fix. Less stock to keep in the shops and easier to train new employees. Their website only lists two items on the "other" category and neither are speakers. A specialized shop may be able to help you.
Obviously, it depends on the problem. I went in for a new installed battery and they gave me an estimate (actually a firm price). Then they had it ready in about 90 minutes. I'm not sure the replacement battery lasts as long as original but it's still perfectly fine.
It really all depends on what's wrong. Are diagnostics are always free so bring it in a we can look into it for you.

They do, but definitely call ahead for availability. They do really fantastic work and have loaners if needed, though there is a deposit for a loaner phone.

They fix very quick, i had a broken screen and lcd touch on google pixel and they fixed within an hour. Cost quotes are available online for your personal phone and issues with phone, and then they perform diagnostic in store to determine if more is needed. Walk ins are welcome
