I had an unlimited monthly pass for a year and a half. I used it all the time. It was great. But today they broke my side mirror and then denied that they could have done it. They would not do anything about it. I understand that they wash a lot of cars and it doesn’t happen often. But my mirror was fine this morning and when I went through the car wash it was broken. I am sad that they were not helpful because I really did like this place. But I cannot recommend a place that could possibly break something on your car and then deny that they did it. The policy says they don’t cover some things, but then at least just fess up and apologize! I didn’t get any remorse and now I have to find someone to fix my mirror.

I am dissapointed with the car wash since it was sold to another party this year or last. Often times the vacuums are broken or have little suction. The lot and the vacuums are dirty. I also had a negative experience with the manager when I called about these issues. My annual pass expires in July and I will not renew

Not the best car wash, my truck wasn’t even that dirty and came out still dirty. They did offer a voucher to re-run the truck but it was only good for 24 hours, and the guy didn’t really seem to care that much when I told him, almost offensive. the line was crazy long so I didn’t have enough time to run it back through; and when I came back the next day, same thing - couldn’t waste any more time.

Always a great car wash!! Love the hand drying by great people! However the new fragrance soap must be changed back to the old soap that does not stink please. If you keep the new fragrance I will change my review to a 2. Otherwise you guys remain a *5* Thank you for the great work!
