JR is a fine guy. He was always good. Chad, however, is a total loser. He cannot answer simple questions, and gets angry when you repeatedly ask to speak to JR because you're already fed up with his obfuscation. Lost hundreds because he could bring himself to answer my simple queries. "We'll take care of you" is not an appropriate response. If I could throw Chad off a cliff, I would do that. Sadly, that would take a feat of strength only George Constanza's father could accomplish.

I was in need of a bit of cash and I had decent property I owned and was willing to part with. This place made me feel at home from the moment I walked into the store, I was greeted and every customer I saw come in was greeted, even if the staff was busy. Great customer service. This was my first experience with pawning anything and it could not have been smoother. Everything was explained in detail and all of my questions were answered and as someone like myself, I had a lot of questions. I even called them after their store 'closed' (13 minutes after, don't make it a habit folks) and they answered my remaining questions over the phone. Again, the customer service cannot be beat here. I also quoted myself lower than they ended up giving me, I don't know prices of slightly used things...

Chad and Ramon and the rest of the team were great to work with. They were able to assess the items I brought in quickly in spite of the frequent customers coming in. They are up front, friendly, and willing to work with people. Don't be afraid to stop in or call and see if they can work a deal with you. They may or may not be able to serve you, but it never hurts to ask. Thanks again guys!

Hand gun , I was over at fleet farm they had a Turus G2 but I couldn't get any counter help . So maybe it was a PT 111 G2 . Thank you for your answer I'm going to metro pawn and look there never had any problem getting help .
