The service department was fantastic. My bike was done faster than expected. The technician was extremely friendly and recognized me instantly when I came in to pick it up. I am also looking for a new bike. While I didn't find the size I was looking to test ride, the lady upfront went above and beyond by looking into which stores would have them. Excellent customer service on both sides!

Hi Cindy, Our standard tune-up is $99.99, however you can bring your bike into an ERIK's location and a technician can determine if there is something simpler needed that may cost less. We do have many other options for tune-ups as well that increase past the standard, but here is what the standard tun-up includes: -side to side wheel truing -check and adjust brakes, brake and pad align. and wear -check and adjust gears, set high and low limit screws -check shift lever mounting, lube and set tension -lube front & rear der. check mounting bolts -clean (with brush), and lube chain and cassette -adjust front and rear hub bearings Hopefully this helps!
