Absolute lazy people work here and don't think they have to work....I asked if one of the employee would come look at my motor before I didn't know if it was 2.0 or 2.5 so I took pictures and brought those in he still acted like he was two bothered to help me basically I got NO HELP FROM THESE PEOPLE, THEY SHOULD BE CALLED WORKS LESS HAHAHAJ

I love this place. It has great prices and selection of auto parts, supplies, and other auto related items. It has the best selection of motor oils and other lubricants that I've ever seen. It's a good store and a fun place to shop.

We r local reviewers, not employees. Best u contact Costless 1st thing in the morning&ask questions 2 order your part(s). Google the store & u will get the phone number & store hours 2 call first thing in the morning. The sooner the better because if another location has your part & the local store does not, they will have your part at the local store sooner. U just don't know unless u call them. Make sure u have paper & Pen handy so you can write down whom you ordered your part with & jot any pertinent information you may need regarding your possible order. Human errors happen & ask questions also. Make sure u have the make & model of your car engine size & VIN number just in case the parts department asks for it. There's so many makes & models of Cadillacs that they may want to make sure they have the correct belt for the cad. Have as much information as u can provide. I remember having to order parts &lots of questions r asked.
