UPS is horrible!!! I have a package now that has been sitting in Hartford Ct hub for 2 weeks and they will not look for it to at least let me pick it up. The drivers want to be unionized so 1,000’s of peoples packages many that we need for work to do jobs are just sitting on the floor. Fed ex and amazon do not have this problem and it’s because of the ups union and they can’t hire outside help during busy times. They suck and I wish they would get shut down.
