I love this place so much. They have a surprisingly wide variety of products for their size (from potting soil to specialty cabinet screws) and if you happen to be searching for something they don't have on hand, they will gladly order it for you. Everyone is super friendly and knowledgeable. Always a delight to go there. If you're looking for that old school "we gotcha covered" Mom and Pop hardware store experience, this is absolutely the place for you.

I visit Katz regularly and it is always a positive experience. From the paint desk to shopping for a new grill, their staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and ready to help. I highly recommend you stop in and experience the difference in customer service for yourself! For me there is nothing that inspires customer loyalty moreso than a friendly and helpful staff -- they do so much more than simply direct you to an isle number.
