We came in a week earlier but were told the wait would be 2+ hours and to make an appointment. Prior we have been told not to make an appointment to just come . You need to decide which is best.

While in the area from out of town I made an appointment for my Toyota Care service. They accidentally did not have my oil filter in stock and arranged for getting it the next day. Unfortunate scenario but they all did a great job of making it as painless as possible.

You did just fine. I have no doubt your parents would be pleased with their decision to create such fine individuals.

Excellent Service! I was a 1/2 hour early. Heather asked if I had any coupons. I had left them at home but turned around and went home to get them. Because she asked about the coupons, I was able to save money. The service done on my car was done in a timely manner. After I paid, Heather walked me out to my car. Thank you, Heather, for being so kind and for reminding me about the coupons. Your service is greatly appreciated.

For accessories purchased at the time of the new vehicle purchase, the Toyota Accessory Warranty coverage is in affect for 36 months/36,000 miles (whichever comes first) from the vehicle’s in-service date, which is the same coverage as the Basic coverage of the Toyota New Vehicle Limited Warranty. For accessories purchased after the new vehicle purchase, the coverage is 12 months, regardless of mileage, from the date the accessory was installed on the vehicle, or the remainder of the Basic coverage of the Toyota New Vehicle Limited Warranty, whichever provides greater coverage.
