This simple diagnostic test that was quoted to be finished the same day, has turned into a horror show with absolutely NO sense of urgency, NO communication, and NO appreciation for the customers time. Not only have they shown no regard for keeping my vehicle for THREE EXTRA DAYS and what kinds of problems and additional expenses that causes, but I have to CONSTANTLY call for updates, despite promises to call me themselves. i sit here on a Friday night and literally did not know if i would have my car for the weekend as of the shop closing. this is the second night in a row that i was promised a call back and did not receive one. apparently as they put my vehicle back together after the diagnostic, they broke off a metal pin in an essential connector. I have now spent almost $200 in ubers as a result of this, i have a sick parent i promised to bring groceries to two days ago, and i am now looking at the weekend with no vehicle, and they did not even have the decency to pick up the phone and let me know so i could make alternative arrangements. Frankly i feel THEY should be providing me with alternative arrangements since this was their error . This is beyond INFURIATING. save yourself the trouble. *UPDATE* it is now seven months since the original review above was written and i have not only sued but have won a civil case against this defrauding thief. while he STILL is in possession of my vehicle, he has also refused to honor the court judgement against him and pay for his negligence and breach of contract. DO NOT GIVE THIS PLACE YOUR BUSINESS!!!!!
