Will they refill or exchange co2 cannisters at this location? If so, is there a size limit?

Yes they definitely refill Co2 cannisters. I have only ever had a 20oz paintball tank filled here. Fleet farms fill large cannisters

When I called, the employee stated that 20 oz cannisters were the largest tank that they refill.
