There's a pay lot two blocks from the arena near the library that usually has spots.
You can park under the grove in event parking, on the street, or in one of the many parking garages and pay to park lots around the arena. On weekends most street parking is free just beware of the weekend evening exclusion zones around 8th street that do not allow parking on weekend evenings.
Either a parking garage or streetside using the meters
