Giving 5 starts right now. We had a lady (I forgot her name) who helped my girlfriend and I look at a few trailers for a cross country move to see what size we needed. We ended up walking all across the lot with her and she felt bad about it. (We didn't mind) we ended up finding the size we wanted and the lady gave us a discount on it. We have to wait until we pick up the trailer in September to pay for it so hopefully they will still honor that price in a few months. The lady helping us was great though, I wish we could remember your name for a proper shout out.

So what could have been a disaster was turned around by an employee by the name of Cody. My wife and I show up to pick up the truck we had resevered and it just wasnt ready/done right by the last renter. So Cody offers to get us another truck with out making it our issue and takes ownership by saying specifically when we drop off the truck to ask for him so that he can continue to be there for the best service. So we do our move and drop off the truck and walking through the door Cody greets us and says I'll take care of you. Seriously any guy that is this levele headed and not making issues beyond our control something we have to solve, well to me that's just the best type of customer service

Yes. In fact, your drivers license will be photographed both front and back, then uploaded into the contract. U-Haul will also take a picture of the hook up (including license plate)and have that uploaded as well.
Yes! U-Haul sells TV boxes. From 24 inch to 70 inch TVs. Prices range from $4.95 up to $19.95.
(Former Employee) 15ft and 17ft Trucks are $29.95 per day; upon pickup time. 79 cents per mile Sunday through Thursday and 99 cents per mile on Friday & Saturday. Insurance is offered at $14. Covers everything from the Cab downward and $5,000 in personal property damage. It is optional to get the insurance, but recommended. If you refuse the coverage and get into an accident then all damages, be it your fault or not, are out of pocket upon returning the vehicle.
