doesn’t matter what I say, nothing got done. Went online to make a reservation on 08/18/2022 for a hitch and the day was 08/27/2022. I was called on 08/26/2022 that it was not in yet. I don’t think it was even ordered. But that was ok, I was told that they are getting a big shipment on the Tuesday after so I called on Wednesday same answer that it was not in. Then again they said that Saturday getting another shipment so I called that Saturday and again I was told that they will call me, no call back again. Now we are 09/08/2022 and now I cancelled my order to get my money back. I’m not mad I’m just disappointed that no one at uhaul kept their promise.

The best 36 dollars I spent quickly turned into the worst 60 bucks spent Dan in management, shame on you my man. No more Uhaul for me.

Do you mean the ones that go in the bed of the truck? I am fairly sure that they dont install those. Regular hitches, yes.
I dont know that it is or that it isnt. Ive used there biggest trucks for multiple things. One thing you should know is they dont ask you what are you hauling. Your destination (to and from) is the only things they need to know in order to properly bill/charge you for the truck. When you return the truck, make sure you sweep it out. I believe the fee they charge is ten dollars if you dont sweep it out. How ever i would lay a tarp down to make clean up a bit easier once you've emptied out the truck.
Pretty reasonable, cheaper than the blue rhino exchange for sure.
