It's clean. They have handcarts available that are.. handy. However, my key card didn't work after hours for over a week. I spoke to them about this problem and they didn't remedy this issue in a timely manner, still broken a week later causing a lot of other customers problems as well. It's frustrating to not be able to have access to your storage when you need something..
