The best tasting water I've found in the Treasure Valley. I've been meaning to talk with the owner about his filtration system and if he added trace minerals back to the water because the taste is phenomenal. The owner is always calm and kind and is a talented writer who oftentimes shares his pieces on the wall. Highly recommended.

Took a long time to get our online receipt to let us know everything was received and in good condition. Pretty self explanatory if using the ap and dropping off. Just prefer a more expedient receipt then 4 days later after a phone call. Otherwise easy to locate, staff was helpful when we ended up having to call, and the lot is clean with easy access.

The staff here are fine but desperately overwhelmed. The UHAUL Company itself is terribly behind the times leaving long wait times and delays in service. Most inconvenient issue: their online billing system consistently does NOT work. We finally got rid of our storage unit because of the billing system never working and charging us late fees. In addition, the unit pricing is incredibly high, especially considering their competition. UHAUL generally seems to hire decent staff, but simply does not have the systems in place to keep up with demand.
