Is the park open on rainy days?

Yes

The zoo is open, although not all of the animals are happy with heavy rain.

Definitely, although it closed on some of the snow days.

I didn't see any signs that said it wouldn't be. While i was there it drizzled for a little while and not one employee said a word so I'm gona take a huge leap and say yes it is.
