Yes. We went a few days ago and the tiger was there. I wasn't able to see it, though. It was somewhere out of sight.

Yes, there is one tiger and they are there all year.
Yes! The tiger can be tricky to see as it is rather reclusive but when my son and husband went last week, it was prowling. Try going first thing in the morning for your best shot of seeing an active tiger.
