Always enough, lot of options to choose from
Plenty of parking
Street parking nearby is free
I agree with Johann, plus the best time to see the animals is first thing in the morning or 1-2 before closing. I've never had trouble finding parking, but know there is a small charge for parking in the zoo parking lot. That area isn't as busy as the rest of Seattle, so street parking works well too.
Plenty of parking ....look at the website for lots around the zoo .
It's not bad, there's a good amount of paid parking, but you can also usually find a space within a block or two if you don't want to pay. Especially if you're going during less busy times and/or seasons. I want to say the paid parking is about $6 for your whole visit.
It can be dicey. We usually try to go early in the day (before 10am) or later in the afternoon (after 3pm) when it's a little less crowded. Usually lots of street parking available nearby, if you don't mind a short walk to one of the entrances.
