I'd say it is. The main areas have wide walkways, but theres a lot of people around which can make navigation in a wheelchair a challenge.

Yes, I have previously gone to the zoo while pushing my friend in a wheelchair. As with the rest or Seattle, there are some hilly areas, but for the most part, it's just fine.

Yes. Very smooth roads and wide but some entrances may be hard to enter like the botanical butterfly area or the birds. Some places say no stroller so i assume itll take some door holding to enter
