Betty Ingram: You have to arrange with your son's teacher to volunteer to be a chaperone for the field trip. They then arrange the complimentary ticket. For example, my son's high school Zoology class needed 1 chaperone for every 6 students. The students had to pay $5 each, but the chaperones had free admission. The zoo would not be able to help you with those arrangements, even if you did reach someone by phone.

Me too. I tried but none of the phones works. I was actually hoping to find out my son classmates are visiting school the zoo tomorrow but I was hoping to volunteer to help with my son. Wondering how the 1:1 complimentary works. Thanks.
