U must be a "town resident" with proof.
It's either $5 or $10 per day per car. And it should be noted that the $20 for the year is only for TOWN of Newburgh. City of Newburgh pays $40 like everyone else.
$20/year for Newburgh resident and $40/year for non-resident. Not sure about the entrance fee.
