Great little park with a beautiful walking path that runs alongside a gushing creek and waterfalls. Some Civil War era ruins on the grounds. Would be nice to have some information panels on site with the history of these ruins. Nice place for a picnic.

What a wonderful place to have a little fun. You can run around and maybe even barbecue for three or 40. The excellent Park employees were operating in a cohesive team when I showed up there just about 2:00 p.m. on Sunday. Thank you for taking such good care such an important part of the community, guys.

Are you allowed to bring your own grill? (Propane)

I am aware of the local law. That does not answer the question of if propane grills are allowed in the designated picnic area. I just want to know if I can bring my nice grill or if I have to use the small coal grills they have built in that are ancient and dirty.
