It's $20 to rent a boat if you are not a Town of Newburgh resident. If you are are town resident then it's only $10. Both requires a pass to Chadwick and those are $20 for resident and $40 for non resident. I am a non resident so i paid the $40 and then $20 each time to rent a boat.
Boat rental is $10 dollars with the yearly pass.
