Yes day pass is $10 for residents $20 for non residents. Year pass for residents $20 and $40 for non residents. Once in the park you can use all the facilities. You have to pay to use the cannons and to fish. http://www.townofnewburgh.org/FCpdf/Chadwick%20brochure.pdf

From what i rmember its like 25 or a little more for the whole day. But if your a residence you can pay the day price for a year pass. But both inlcude parking and all the thingd included in the park. Walking paths, parking, play area, venues if there, ECT. But I belive its 25 for day or year pass for residence, but i almost want to,say it could be between 25 and 50.
