Why does no one answer the phones at Best Buy Cranberry? 15 minutes on hold... this is about the 4th time i called and cant get anyone.. this happened last month as well when i called regarding a problem with an order.

Agreed. I got put into phone tree hell several times trying to reach a human being. And when I did finally reach a human, he said all he could do was transfer me to one of the numbers I had already tried.
