In all honesty yes it has been a wait when I have needed something fixed and/or replaced exchanged refunded. But in have never had a problem. When I have needed more information or explanation they explained and some times (me not being a big techno junkie) in layman's terms. Kudos to them
Dee yes, but if something needs fixed, good luck with that.
I think customer service was awesome and we found everything we needed. They answered all our questions and we understood everything they said.
