Surprised by all the negative reviews. I came In Friday with a weird situation and Mary helped me out and did an awesome job she was really nice and knowledgeable. From what I could hear of the girl next to her she was very nice too. It does take some time and there can be a wait (I was in line for maybe 30 mins) it does say straight out that they’re understaffed so it’s too be expected. Overall, I was happy with my experience I would just call ahead to get accurate information on times since google is all over the place with people struggling to have staff right now.

I never review on google. But this by far the most dreaded place to go for help. Avoid like the plague. They are rude, disorganized, and honestly kind of dumb. Listen, they know they hold all the power and will make your life miserable. Trust me, after my third visit here I realized I had better options than this. Update: I took the advice of a previous review and started going to the AAA down the road. Night and day difference in service. Go here and get 2-3 hours of pain or go to the AAA and get 5min of sweet people happy to help.

If you need a notary, go elsewhere. I just had to wait over 50 minutes in line (in your car, where they insist that you wait) to finish a literal 30 second long notary process. There were only four people ahead of me in line, and there were four employees inside. They didn't appear to be concerned with efficiency, if you catch my drift. I could have reprinted my paperwork and gone down the street to the UPS Store in the time I waited for these people who had zero respect for my time.
