Great trails but a few are very rocky. They have a porta potyy in the main parking area. If it is warm bug spray is advised.
The trails here are well maintained bit they are not paved. Most are natural earth and/or chipped rock in some places. Some of the terrain is very challenging with steep verticals. The trail markings are not particularly good. You will always be certain when you are on a trail, bit not always certain which one. The longest trail circuit there is about 4 miles so you'll have to do laps to get in a 1/2 marathon distance. Make sure you have a phone on you are there isnt much in the area and your unlikely to see anyone else on the trails if you get hirt and need help. Also there are bo bathrooms and no public source of water here so be prepared. So if you want a place to run that is way more challenging than any race you're likely to run, id say Wolf Creek is a fine pick, just be prepared or you could end up in a tight spot.
