Hello Melinda. We do try to buy used products if they are in good condition. Mainly we are interested in the battery/mod. We buy used products to help those who cant afford or doesn't wish to spend so much on a new device. If we buy a used device then it is sold at that price. I do use vapor I always buy mine at Magic City Vapor I never buy used vapor
I haven't but most of his stuff is in good shape and his new stuff is cheaper than most places
