I work there and we are definitely human. We have excellent Drs and staff. If you have an issue report it to someone who can take care of it and don't bash the staff.
That hasn't happened to me...
We had the same issue last week when my grandfather was a patient at the hospital. You'd think they'd have someone there to answer phones. We called multiple times with that issue.
