GameStop is usually a great place but a few months ago there was this woman that still works there btw, that accused a man of stealing when he clearly wasn’t. For a little backstory I was in there and this guy had bought a game, and when he went home there wasn’t a disk in the case. So he came back and politely asked for a refund. I don’t remember if he had a receipt or not, but the woman which I am not going to call by name, immediately jumped to conclusions and said, “well maybe you took the case off the shelf and is just trying to get the game for free” that really ticked me off but I didn’t say anything. To add to that she is usually super loud and obnoxious when I go in there, she also hangs out in the back 90% of the time I’m there instead of helping around the store. Besides that I definitely recommend GameStop.

This location looks depressing from outside but when you go inside its definitely a good store. The staff was friendly and welcoming and helped answering all of my questions.

If your product was purchased from GameStop, and it's still under warranty, they can send your XBox in for repairs. However, GameStop does not offer repair services to products purchased outside outside of their stores. In either case, GameStop itself does not do repairs in store. Only items under their warranty can be sent off to be repaired or replaced.

You can check on the Gamestop app or their website. If youre wanting the newest expansion's edition, you'll most likely find it by pre-ordering it instore or online
