I asked to get my nails done and stated what I wanted. The gentleman did what he wanted to see instead of what I requested to celebrate my cousin and brother's death. Hurt and extremely disappointed. My nails and feet costs me $129.22for something I didn't request. He also,while washing my hands took my debit card and instantly charged my card before starting my nails. Extremely disappointed! Yall will do better going to a bad area with great service before being robbed and they try to smooth it over but talk amongst themselves about customers. Never on any day or event will I ever return there again. They got 129.22 for nothing.

Loved this salon. They're open until 10 pm on Friday's and I got there right about ten, they still took me in and did my mani pedi and did it well. I will definitely be back. *Edit - they are still OK but I've noticed my gel nails don't last as long. Their hours are limited and the space is not as clean as well. I drive across town to visit this salon, I think I will find one closer to home.

My mom and I got our nails done and they did good on our feet but at the end of the service when finishing up our manicure she filled so much that it sliced my pinky finger open and my mom had to ask for her nails to be fixed because it was all over her nails and lumpy. Was not satisfied

No they are actually great with walk-ins but if you want a specific tech you should get one
My nail tech is named Tina. She will do a great job, and she's very courtesy and professional. If you give Avalon another chance, I would recommend her to you. Tina's been my nail tech for about 5 years now. She does a very good job on my nails.
With tax it came to $53. Get my brother's done there. They do great work. Ask for Dan...Very good and friendly
